Fasting Experience: Participants will engage in fasting using the Dr. Buchinger method, which involves abstaining from solid foods while nourishing the body with liquids such as herbal teas, vegetable broths, and fresh fruit juices. Connecting with Nature: Guided nature walks are integral to the retreat experience. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty surrounding the retreat center. Yin yoga complements the fasting process by encouraging relaxation and inner exploration, helping you feel more balanced.

Daily Schedule
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech and Transfer to Imlil Village
Upon arrival at Marrakech Airport, we'll transfer to Imlil Village (approximately 2 hours). An orientation session awaits us upon arrival, featuring a mesmerising Moroccan music performance by a nomad. The rest of the day will be dedicated to rest and relaxation, allowing everyone to acclimate to the serene surroundings.
Day 2: Yoga, Acclimatisation Walk, and Village Exploration
We'll start the day with a refreshing yoga session, followed by a gentle acclimatisation walk around Imlil Village (approximately 8 km). Participants will have free time in the afternoon for personal self-care practices, such as relaxation or even a rejuvenating nap. Evening yoga will be the perfect way to wind down and prepare for a restful night.
Day 3: Trek to Toubkal National Park and Cultural Experience
Another invigorating morning yoga session awaits us before we embark on a trekking excursion to Toubkal National Park. During our trek, we'll visit the charming Aroumd village and partake in a traditional tea ceremony amidst breathtaking mountain scenery. We'll return to Imlil Village in the evening for relaxation and another soothing yoga session.
Day 4: Stargazing and Storytelling
We'll begin the day with guided meditation, mindfulness practices, and gentle stretching. In the afternoon, local elders will enchant us with captivating storytelling sessions, immersing us in Berber culture and traditions. As the night falls, we'll gather for a mesmerising stargazing session, accompanied by traditional Berber stories under the vast Moroccan sky.
Day 5: Ourika Valley Exploration and Cooking Class
A morning yoga session will set the tone for our day trip to the picturesque Ourika Valley, where we'll hike to the stunning Setti Fatma waterfalls. In the evening, we'll have another rejuvenating yoga session to unwind and reflect on the day's adventures.
Day 6: Mountain Village Cultural Immersion, Hammam Experience, and Sunset Hike
We'll start the day with energising yoga followed by a visit to remote Berber villages for a deep cultural immersion experience. Participants can opt for an optional hammam experience for ultimate relaxation. As the sun begins to set, we'll embark on a scenic hike to a nearby viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the majestic mountains. Evening yoga will help us ground ourselves and savor the day's experiences.
Day 7: Integration, Marrakech Visit, and Departure
Our final morning together will begin with a reflective yoga session and group sharing, followed by the breaking of the fast. Participants have the option to transfer to Marrakech for a city visit before departing from Marrakech Airport.

The retreat is situated in the tranquil and picturesque Imlil Village, nestled in the heart of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. This serene location provides a peaceful and harmonious environment, perfectly complementing the retreat's objectives of detoxification, rejuvenation, and self-discovery. The natural beauty and cultural richness of Imlil Village create an ideal setting for a transformative retreat experience.
